What biological methanation is
Biological methanation is the step that converts hydrogen and carbon dioxide into methane. The work is done by methanogens, one group of microbes within the archaea, not by all archaea.
In a power-to-gas chain it usually comes last. Mesophilic operation, at moderate temperature, runs at roughly 37 to 42 degrees Celsius.
Where Krajete fits
Krajete is an Austrian gas-purification specialist with two services: industrial gas sampling and analysis, and regenerative NOx removal. The NOx removal uses zeolite adsorbers at ambient temperature, with no ammonia and no catalysts. The adsorbent is regenerated with gentle heat and reused.
